Baked & Iced - custom designed and home baked cakes

Welcome to Baked & Iced. Based in Middlesbrough, I produce home baked cakes which are custom designed to meet your individual requirements. Whether you require a wedding cake for your special day or that imaginatively designed cake for other occasions such as birthdays, christenings, anniversaries, engagements, novelty or other celebrations.

I work to a high standard and will pay attention to every detail large or small to give the perfect finishing touch.

Sponge cakes are freshly baked to each order with a variety of flavours to choose from filled with a buttercream frosting and covered in fondant icing. Fruit cakes are prepared in advance to mature to a delicious taste then covered in a white marzipan and fondant icing. Only free range eggs are used.
